Hotel is extremely well-located, with convenient parking right outside. Room was big and bed comfy, air conditioning worked and not noisy. Good place to work because it has a desk and lots of space.

The staff was stellar: informative, super friendly, helpful and efficient. The food in the restaurant (both dinner and the breakfast buffet) was pretty good too 😀 The room was uncarpeted which was nice, as there seemed to be less mold/dust in the room compared to another hotel we checked out.

The hotel had everything we need and I appreciated the coffee maker in the room. Late afternoon, I managed to book a tour at the hotel kiosk, for the following day to visit Sumidero both by boat and by the road's viewpoints of the canyon, as well as town Chiapa de Corso. The guide was Alfredo Balboa, it is his business and he has wide knowledge of the area and its history. He took us in his taxi to the embankment for the boat ride and waited for us on site, and then took us to the other points of interest waiting for us at all the spots. Much better value than buying tours online in my opinion.

very nice hotel in Tuxtla in a more modern part of the city , around 2 km from the centre, nice rooms with big windows, nice and big bathroom, good beds, nice and big swimming pool

A little bit old, didn’t explore hotel much, just slept 1 night. The room was clean. Great staff, especially Abel from the reception, everyone very kind, provided excursion for me last minute because I arrived late, also taxi to the airport.
